Q. What does the application and leasing process look like?
A. Getting started is a breeze! There’s a 325 admin fee and a $75 application fee. Just a heads up, anyone 18 or older must apply, but we're here to guide you through the process.
Q. Do you require renter’s insurance?
A. Yes, we do! We ask for $300k in personal liability coverage and for your property to be listed as an additional interest.
Q. How do I submit a maintenance or service request?
A. Need something fixed? Contact our office, chat with our friendly concierge, or use the resident portal, which is our favorite way! The portal allows you to submit requests, track their status, and communicate with our maintenance team, all in one place.
